Sustainable Printed Electronics Conference 2025

By admin  Published On October 16, 2025

The Sustainable Printed Electronics Conference 2025 in Thessaloniki, held at Aristotle University from September 23 to 25, brought together leading experts working on the future of eco-friendly technologies.

We are proud of our partners who chaired key sessions and showcased our collective progress:

• Dr. Zachary Davis (Teknologisk Institut) chaired the Printed Electronics & Manufacturing Session (S1), covering advancements such as aerosol-jet printing and roll-to-roll processes.
• Prof. Dimitrios Bikiaris (AUTH) led the Advanced Materials Session (S2), presenting developments in biobased polymers and nanomaterials.
• Dr. Christian Rein (DTI) chaired the Ink Formulations Session (S3), focusing on green solvents and biobased ink components.
• Dr. Michele Ponzelli (AXIA Innovation) chaired the Clustering Session (S4), featuring EU projects including Sustain-a-Print, REFORM, HyPELignum, CircEL Paper, and SUINK.
• Dr. Ioanna Deligkiozi (AXIA Innovation) led the Sustainability & Circularity Session (S5), covering LCA approaches and circular design strategies.
• Daniel Izquierdo Bote (Metrohm DropSens) chaired the Devices & Applications Session (S6), highlighting applications in sensors, wearables, and bioelectronics.

Thank you to all participants for contributing to an inspiring event. Together, we continue driving the future of sustainable printed electronics.
